Why are your prices higher than other websites?
Our prices are higher than other internet sites because we believe that you get what you pay for. Our goal is to provide the best quality product and service. Here are a few testimonials from other online stores:

Ordered online, got email to call and confirm my order. called and all I got was high pressure sales. I did not want anything extra. Put on hold for 15 minutes. Came back and said that The camera I was ordering is coming from Asia and will take a month. but if I wanted the special which ships in USA for $999.99 I will get it in two business days. I cancelled my order!!!! Unless you spend big, they will not sell you the advertised item on their site.

Is there something lower than a 1? This organization is not customer oriented nor did they have my camera in stock. They badgered me about getting memory and then the battery. The person was not user friendly and when I told him I could get the battery at a lower price, he said to wait. I waited for 3 or 4 minutes they he returns saying that the camera would take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered. I told him good-bye.

Called first to check cost of shipping. Price was misquoted. Called back to place order and was pushed to buy more stuff. When all was said and done there was and extra $60 tacked on to price. When I tried to discuss price they got mad and rude.

Another reason our prices might be slightly higher is because we do not charge extremely high shipping costs. Some sites raise shipping costs to make their prices look better.


Do I have to register?

No. you do not have to register with ShutterBug. Although, if you do you will be able to track and see the status of your order. You will not receive any promotional material by providing you email address when you register.

Does ShutterBug ship internationally?
We do not currently accept orders outside the United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is $8.00 for standard ground shipping. Two day shipping is $15.00.

Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax applies to shipping addresses located in TN, CA, WA, and MA. 9.25% will be added to the sub total for addresses located in Tennessee.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Delivered?
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will also be able to login to your account and check the status of all your orders. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, you will be notified by email.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If any item you receive is damaged or broken we will replace your item as soon as we receive the original merchandise.


Can I track my order?

If you register on our site, you will be able to login and track your order. You will also be able to see the status of your order.
